Refunds/ Returns Information
If you are unhappy with your GLOSS Shop purchase, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to notify us of any refund request within 14 days of receiving your goods.
In order for us to process your refund, you must return the item in its original condition and packaging, within 28 days of purchase.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returns postage.
We are unable to offer any exchanges, and we cannot accept returns on earrings or press on nails for hygiene reasons.
