COVID 19 POLICY

Please read before your appointment at GLOSS.

We take your safety very seriously at GLOSS and strive to maintain high standards of health, safety and cleanliness. In light of the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic we have conducted a full risk assessment and in line with new government guidelines have implemented new COVID 19 policies and procedures that will be followed during every appointment at GLOSS.

 

  • If you feel unwell please DO NOT attend your appointment. Contact your nail artist as soon as possible and let them know you will not be able to attend your appointment. For our cancellation and no show policies, please read here.

  • As always, we are working on an 'appointment only' basis. Appointments are staggered to minimise the number of people in the studio at any one time. 

  • We have a hand sanitising station located at the entrance to the studio. Please sanitise your hands upon entry.

  • Our team will be continually washing/ sanitising hands in between clients - deep cleaning of workstations will also be taking place in between appointments. 

  • In line with current government guidelines all members of our team will be wearing visors and face masks during appointments.

  • Where possible, please come to your appointment alone.

  • In all circumstances, digital client consultation forms will be filled out at the beginning of your appointment. 

  • Payment is taken by direct bank transfer or exact cash only. We are unable to provide any change given the current situation.
